STAPLES, William James - of Peel, NB passed away at Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville on Thursday, December 27, 2007, at the age of 62. Survived by his wife Sheila, one daughter Allison (Brent) Lamb, Australia; two stepsons Robert ( Lorie) McFarlane, Woodstock, Clinton (Deanna) McFarlane, Debec, NB; one stepdaughter Sonya (Kevin) Thomas, Debec, NB; grandchildren Kaitlyn, Hannah, Marty, Kurtis, Brady and Scotty. Brothers: David (Sharyl) Staples, Barrie, Ontario, Joseph ( Linda ) Staples, Labrador City, Gerry (Regina) Staples, Corner Brook.Sisters: Sister Sylvia Staples, Carol Ann (Bryan) Scofield, England and Mary Kelly (the late Edumd Kelly), Labrador City; fifteen nieces, nephews and a large circle of relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Josephine( McHugh) Staples; granddaughter Kayla McFarlane Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB , with visiting on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm . Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 2 pm from St. Gertrude's Catholic Church. Father Bill Brennan will be officiating, with interment in Mount Patricia Cemetery, Corner Brook Newfoundland. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the IWK Childrens Hospital.
