Vaughn Jones Peterson of Lakeville, husband of the late Mary Ann (McInnis) Peterson, passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at the River View Manor, Bath. Born at Good Corner, he was a son of the late Fitzherbert and Ida Pearl (Jones) Peterson. Vaughn was employed for many years with the Department of Agriculture. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, with visiting on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 PM from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Gary Taylor will be officiating, with interment in the United Baptist Cemetery, Lakeville.
