Shawn Harold Tibbits of Victoria Corner passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2004 at the Carleton Memorial Hospital. Born in Woodstock, he was the son of Eugene and Lois (Hamilton) Tibbits. In addition to his parents, Shawn is survived by his brother, Todd Tibbits (Bobbi) of Wakefield; his sister, Sonya Tibbits of Centreville; his grandmothers, Katheline Tibbits of Victoria Corner and Marie Hartley of Florida; and by five nieces and nephews. Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Thursday at 2:00 PM from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. John Boody will officiate, with interment to follow in the Wakefield Community Cemetery.
