Ruby Marie Hamilton of Woodstock, wife of the late Stanley H. Hamilton, passed away at the Carleton Manor in Woodstock on Wednesday, March 23, 2005, at the age of 93. Born at Nackawic, New Brunswick, she was the daughter of the late William Edward and Susan Jane (Corey) Scott. Ruby is survived by one son Carl Hamilton (Gail) of Saint John; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Ruby was pre-deceased by her daughter Mavis Buck on February 9, 2005; and by her grandson, Brian Buck on March 11, 1995. Resting at The Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, with visiting on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held on Friday at 2:00 pm from Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Leonard Cousins will be officiating, with interment in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery at a later date. A reception will follow the service at Scott Funeral Home's Family Reception Room.
