Roger Gordon Purvis

Roger Purvis  of Woodstock passed away at Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville on Monday, February 15, 2010, at the age of 65.

Born in England June 1, 1944, he was the son of the late Frank and Edna (French) Purvis. Roger is survived by his wife Lori; sons, Jason (Karen) of Minto, Ryan of Fredericton, Jessica and Katie both of Woodstock; two grand daughters, Chloe and Jenna and grandson Austin; two brothers Robert (Charline) Purvis and Wayne Purvis;

He is also survived by  his Father & Mother in-law Ronald and Barbara DeLong;  Brother in-law Lorne (Lorraine) DeLong of Canterbury; sister in- law, Lynn (Bill) Snow of Second Eel Lake;    Several nieces and nephews.

Following  cremation at the Scott Funeral Home Crematorium.
The family  will have  visitation  on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.

An   Elks  Memorial Service will be held at 6:45 pm On Thursday at  the Scott Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held on Friday  Feb 19th at 3 pm from Scott Funeral Home Chapel.

Rev. Dale MacDonald will be officiating.  if desired donations may be made to The  NB Extra Mural Hospital.
