Clifton ( Cliff )- of Woodstock passed away at Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville on Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at the age of 88. Cliff is survived by two sons Ken ( Lynn) Gibson of Lower Woodstock and Clifton Gibson of Mississauga ; one daughter Bette ( Greg) MacAulay of Victoria, BC; one brother James Gibson of Wateville, NB; two sisters Patricia Wetmore of Lower Woodstock and Irene ( Earl ) Briggs of Woodstock; two grandsons Kurtis Gibson and Hudson Gibson both of Saint John, NB ; two granddaughters Christina MacAulay and Carloyn Maycock both of Victoria, BC Cliff was predeceased by his wife Helen and his parents David and Vivian Gibson. Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB , with visiting on Friday from 7-9 pm, The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 am from Scott Funeral Home Chapel. The Venerable Walter Williams will be officiating, with interment in the Kirk Cemetery.
