BLACK, Perley Aubrey - of Pembroke passed away at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville on Tuesday, October 23, 2012, at the age of 84. Perley is survived by his wife Rhea; five sons, Stephen Black, Philip Black, Richard Black, Danny Black, and Joey Black; one daughter, Alice Schade; three step-daughters, Karen Everett, Marlene Everett, and Alayne Landry; three step-sons, Leon Everett, Aden Everett, and Brian Everett; grandchildren, great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Perley is also survived by two brothers, John Black, and Darrell Black (Jean).

Besides his parents, John and Florence (Stairs) Black, Perley was pre-deceased by one son, Elwood Black; five sisters, Maye Rourke-Hallet, Margaret MacDonald, Mildred Hallet, Eva Carlin, and Christina Foster; and one brother, Willard Black.

Followed by cremation at the Woodstock Crematorium, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB, a funeral service was held on October 27th from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Adrian Golea officiated, with interment in the Lower Brighton Cemetery.
