Penelope Ellen Johnson, daughter of the late Muriel and Samuel Clark, and granddaughter of Jean and Arthur Birmingham, born March 2, 1950, passed away on June 19, 2022, at Upper River Valley Hospital.

Penelope is survived by good friends Dean and Jennie Weeks, Sharon Frank, Nancy Chessie, Mary Cormier, Brian and Sharon Connor, and the extended Connor family.

Besides her parents, Penny was predeceased by her soul-mate and love of her life, Terry Connor.

Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB

In keeping with Penny's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.

Interment will be private and at a later date.
