It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nancy Anastasia Bernard (née Wyer), who left us peacefully on August 30th, 2025, at the age of 76.

Nancy was the cherished spouse of Guy Bernard.  She was mother to Deanna and Dennis and loved nothing more than to express her pride in her children. She was a sister, step-mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose strength and class will be remembered by all who loved her.

Nancy was born on February 3, 1949 in New Glasgow, NS. Nancy's predeceased mother, Anna Wyer of Kingston Ontario, was her rock during her formative years, and in turn, Nancy was her pillar of strength and a source of unwavering support. She spent her childhood living in many different parts of the country as well as in Germany for a short time. She overcame many challenges throughout the years, but since her marriage in 1992, she has lived a happy life in Woodstock, NB.  full of love, laughter, and devotion to her husband and family.

Only a private family service will be held at her home in the upcoming days.

She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
