MINARD, Mavis Wonetta - of Woodstock passed away at the Carleton Manor Inc. in Woodstock on Thursday, May 20, 2010, at the age of 88.

Mavis is Survived by her daughter, Benangaria Hutton (Dwight) of Woodstock, NB; two sons, Benangrad Minard of Lakeville, NB, and David (Debbie) Minard of Waterville, NB; two sisters, twin sister Marjorie Stairs of Fredericton, NB, and Greta (Ray) Gilks of Saint John, NB; one brother, Vincent (Joyce) Wright of Temple, NB; ten grandchildren; twenty three great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Mavis was pre-deceased by her parents George and Jennie (Fox) Wright; her loving husband John Minard; one sister, Margaret Flewelling; and two brothers, Gerald and Vernon Wright.

Resting at the Scott Funeral Home , 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB, with visiting on Saturday, May 22, from 2-4 & 7-9pm.

The funeral service will be held on Sunday May 23, at 2:00pm from the Scott Chapel. Richard Northrop will be officiating, with interment in the Lower Jacksonville Cemetery.
