Mary Palmer of Woodstock passed away at Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville on Friday, September 5, 2024, at the age of  93.

Born in Bridlington, East Yorkshire, England, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Lucy (Masterman) Gilson. Wife of the Late Donald B. Palmer.

Mary is survived by her two sons, Geoffrey Thompson,  his daughters Stacey Leah, Holly Joy, Candice Rose; and son Michael Thompson (Mary  ,and their son Scott.  Grandson Evan; Great Grandchildren  Rhylie, Autumn, McQuire, Georgia, Gabriel.

Besides her parents Mary was pre-deceased by her first husband Brian Thompson, Grandson Ben Thompson; brother Robert Gilson.

Resting at The Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB With visiting on  Tuesday,  Sept 10 from  11 am – 1 pm.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 2 pm from the  Scott Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Ed Sealy will be officiating, with interment in the Wakefield Community Cemetery.
