Judy was born in Huntingdon, Quebec, on February 18, 1944. She graduated from Notre Dame School in Huntingdon and worked with Sun Life Insurance in Montreal until she met Gerry, the love of her life. From then, Judy devoted much of her time to raising her children. Later, she and Gerry enjoyed spending many winters in Myrtle Beach and Panama City Beach where Gerry fished and Judy cooked the catch if she wasn't already busy reading, crocheting or visiting friends. Summers were spent at their camp in Mainstream creating a vegetable garden that would feed hundreds and Judy rarely let you leave her house without taking some of her homemade jam, pickles or relish.
The funeral service took place at the Scott Funeral Home Chapel on May 4th with Rev. Leonard Cousins officiating followed by cremation at the Woodstock Crematorium.
