Phelps, Marie Cecilia – of Woodstock NB, formerly of Lavant, Maine, USA passed away at the Riverside Court Retirement Residence, Woodstock NB at the age of 76.

Marie is survived by one sister Ann (Clarence) Marks, Saint John NB; 3 sister in-laws; Dolly Foster, Bairdsville NB; Dorothy Foster, Moose Mountain NB; Rita Phelps, Utica, NY; nieces and nephews.

Marie was predeceased by her husband William B. Phelps; her parents Timothy and Sarah (Oakes) Foster;sister Leota Perkins; two brothers Lionel (Leonald) Foster and Gary Foster; two Brother in-laws, Leo Perkins and Jack Phelps.

Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Maine Street, Woodstock NB, with visitation on Friday, February 7, 2014 from 2pm - 6pm.

Resting at the Hermon Baptist Church, 2496, Route 2, Hermon Maine, on Saturday February 8, 2014. Visitation will begin at 11am until time of the Funeral Service.

Funeral service will begin at 12 pm US time at the Herman Baptist Church. Rev. Garnet Chute officiating with internment in the Snow's Corner Cemetery at a later date.
