STOCKFORD, Madeline Myrtle - of McKenzie Corner passed away at Upper River Valley Hospital on Saturday, November 1, 2008, at the age of 90. Born at McKenzie Corner, the daughter of the late George Albert and Ada Bernice (Cropley) Farrell. Madeline is survived by one son, Vinal Stockford and his wife Faye of Southampton, three daughters, Arlene Way and her husband Stewart of Eddington, Maine; Gloria Wright and her husband Clarence of Winterport, Maine; Vivian Burtt and her husband Allison of Wakefield; twelve Grandchildren; twenty one Great Grandchildren; four Great Great Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was pre-deceased by her husband Roy Stockford ; four brothers and four sisters. Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, with visiting on Monday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 pm from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Bev Brazier will be officiating , assisted by Pastor Brian Stockford, The interment will be in the Baptist Cemetery McKenzie Corner.
