Obituary

Larry James Love of Woodstock, NB passed away at the Upper River Valley Hospital, in Waterville, on May 6, 2025  at the age of 74.

Larry was born August 19, 1950 in apple Preeceville, Saskatchewan. Son of the late James and Elda  (Claypool)  Love.

He leaves behind, his loving wife, Sherry, married for 34 years. Larry was a man with many gifts and talents, he learned to see God's beauty in people's lives. Larry loved the Lord and has grown in godly compassion for lost souls. He loved to read Christian book's, and study the Holy Bible.

His interests were watching Westerns, and all kinds of History, especially about the Jewish holocaust. Those who really knew him would call him a true man of God, whose passion was in proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He truly soaked in praise and worship music, which helped him with his chronic pain and comforted Larry greatly.

Larry's favourite quote was " The door swings both ways " , and that life is not always about roses, but we must endure life's thorns; so to become all that God has for each of us.

In Larry's first marriage, they had three daughters but only two are still living.  Larry and Sherry Love, had four boys and four girls. Each have their own lives and we speak blessings upon them all.

May God be at the helm of their individual and family lives in all your future days ahead… All these children are grown up adults and have lives of their own.  Larry came from a big family of four brothers and four sisters. As well as many neices, nephews, cousins aunt and uncles and Larry's family… ( PTL ).

Larry's family would like to thank all the medical staff and doctors who fought hard against multiple cancers and never gave up, but helped with new drugs and test and hopes to make it better for the next cancer patient.  Larry always said that being a guinea pig will someday result in cancer, cures, and better lives down the line…

Most of all, we think our Lord Jesus Christ for a Supernatural strength and help through the whole cancer battle – we give you all the praise, honor, and all the glory… Let's continue to rejoice in the Lord and pray for each other, for our grieving hearts will be healed in  Jesus name – Amen.

God bless you all, and to all a good life filled with God's hope and eternal peace…

Resting at the Scott Funeral Home 815 Main St. Woodstock NB. There will be no visitation or funeral service as Larry's clear wishes.

God bless you all.
