Kristen Carole Polchies of Wakefield, NB passed away on May 25 ^th , 2018. Kristen was born March 27, 1997 in Miramichi, NB.

Kristen is survived by her mother Nicky Hill, her sisters Brittany Polchies and Megan Polchies (mother of Kristen's nephew Cooper); her step-father Bruno Heppell, her step-sisters Brianna Heppell, Chelsea Heppell, and Olivia Heppell; She is survived by her beloved dog Rylee; Kristen is survived by her father Bradley Polchies as well as her grandparents Eugene & Becky Hill and by many loving aunts, uncles, grandparents and cousins.

Resting at the Scott Funeral Home 815 Main Street Woodstock, NB with visitation on Tuesday from 3 pm- 8 pm.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday May 30, 2018 at 2 pm from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel .

Rev. Craig Woodcock officiating with internment to follow at a later date.
