Katalin Havas of Belleville, wife of John T. Havas, passed away at home on Thursday, July 12, 2007. Born in Hungary, she was a daughter of the late Endre and Valeria (Makk) Gyorgy. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Kathleen Harrington of Belleville; a son, John A. Havas of South Pickering, Ontario; and by grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In keeping her wishes, no formal funeral services will be observed at this time.
