Jeffery Dean Martin of Woodstock, NB passed away on Saturday May 14, 2016 at the L'Hotel- Dieu Saint Joseph in Perth-Andover, NB.
Jeffery was 45.

Jeffery is survived by two daughters Kiona M. Brooks and Jaydene A. Brooks-Martin, and one son Jeffery Brooks-Martin. Jeffery is also survived by his father David Martin; one sister Cheryl Martin, two grandchildren Landon Brooks and Serena Lint; grandmother Lois Martin; nieces and nephews.

Jeffery is predeceased by his mother Barbara Martin. ( Nee Abbott).

Resting at the Scott Funeral Home 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB. Visitation will be held on Friday May 20, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 2 pm from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow cremation in the Pembroke Cemetery.
