James Stewart Bishop  of Woodstock passed away at Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville on Thursday, July 26, 2018, at the age of 85. Jim was born in Kilburn, NB on May 10, 1933, the son of the late Stewart and Olga (Hallett) Bishop.

He is survived by two daughters, Kim Bishop of Woodstock, NB and Diane Bishop (Brian King) of Fredericton, NB., one son Timothy (Jill) Bishop of Caledon, Ont. two Brothers, David (Dorothy) Bishop of Florenceville, NB and Gary (Jeananne) Bishop of North River, NS. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Besides his parents Jim was pre-deceased by his wife Mary Bishop, son Andrew Bishop and sister Jean McGuire.

Resting at the Scott Funeral Home , 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB.

There will be no visitation or funeral service at this time .

Interment will be in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery at a later date.
