Jacqueline "Jackie" Carol Ann Kidney – of East Newbridge, NB passed away surrounded by the love and presence of her immediate family at Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville on Tuesday, September 10th, 2024 at the age of 59.

Born in Woodstock, NB January 15th 1965 to the late Eugene and Rebecca (Hamilton) Prosser.  She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Roger Kidney, daughter Jessica Prosser (Larry Holder) Fredericton, NB, son Jason (Crystal) Kidney, grand daughter Marlee Kidney of East Newbridge, NB.

Jackie is also survived by one brother Stephen (Donna) Prosser of Juniper, NB, and two sisters Anita (Sedric) Harnish of Woodstock, NB, and Susan Perkins of Lower Brighton, NB, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jackie loved spending her spare time going on wheeler rides with her friends and family, and spending time in nature capturing many beautiful photos of their travels. She passed her time doing what she loved: painting, knitting, photography and beating everyone who would play rummy or cribbage with her. If you ever won she always jokingly accused you of cheating. She loved cooking delicious meals for her family to enjoy at many family gatherings. She was a kind, loving, caring person who was always there when you needed anything. And while our hearts mourn the loss, we take comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering and at peace.

Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock NB, with visiting on Friday September 13th from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. A private graveside service will be held at a later date with Rev. Michael Goodfellow officiating.

For those who wish to remember Jackie by way of memorial contribution, the family suggests donations to the Kirk Cemetery or the NB Lung Association.
