KIDNEY- J. Robert of Woodstock, formerly of Moncton, died at the Carleton Manor on Feb. 19, 2009 at the age of 86 years. Bob was born in Northampton, son of the late J. Clifford and Cassie S. (Rogers) Kidney. He is survived by his wife Thelma M. (Bryant ) Kidney of 62 years; one daughter Patricia Whitehouse and her husband Blair of Grafton; one granddaughter Hilary Stockford and her husband Matthew of Belleville; one sister Anna Craig of Jacksonville; one sister- in-law Florence Kidney of Grafton and brother in law Allison Bryant ( Helen ) of Coverdale; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Bob was pre-deceased by two brothers, Winfred Kidney and Gordon Kidney and one sister Jean Gallagher. Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB , with visiting on Saturday Feb. 21, 2009 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held on Sunday Feb. 22, 2009 at 3:00 pm from Scott Funeral Home Chapel. The Venerable Walter Williams will be officiating, with interment in the Kirk Cemetery at a later date. If desired donations may be made to the Kirk cemetery or a memorial of the donors choice.
