GREER, Howard Allen - of Woodstock, NB, passed away at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville on Friday, June 26, 2009, at the age of 64. Born in Woodstock, he was a son of the late Lawrence and Laura (Ketch) Greer. Howard is survived by one son Darren (Wendy) Greer of Geary; one daughter Candi Green of Woodstock; four brothers, Vaughn (Maria) Greer of Wilmot; Leonard Greer of Woodstock; David (Hope) Greer of Jacksonville; Keith Greer of Woodstock; six sisters Brenda Hayes of Woodstock; Rhonda (Lloyd) Miller of Somerville; Bernadean (Neil) Dickinson of Wilmot; Mary(Tom) MacDonald of Calais, Maine; Lana (Peter) Crocco of Woodstock; Debra (Andrew) McCain of Woodstock. Howard is also survived by five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was pre-deceased by two brothers Larry and Tony and one sister Barbara. Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB , with visiting on Sunday, June 28, 2009 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held on Monday at 2:00 pm from Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Mel Norton will be officiating, with interment in the Jacksontown Cemetery.
