FINNIE, Gordon Douglas - of Woodstock, NB passed away at Ridgewood Veterans Wing in Saint John, NB on Thursday, July 12, 2012, at the age of 94.

Douglas is survived by three sons Alex Finnie; Malcolm Finnie; and Cedric Finnie. two daughters Leanda Harris and Shirley Finnie; one brother Carvel and (Paddy) Finnie; two sisters Connie Bell and Irma Hickey; seven grandchildren, great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Doug was predeceased by his parents Gordon and Elsie ( Henry ) Finnie; wife Joyce Finnie; son, Lorne; daughter, Heather; five brothers Vernon, Howard, Cecil, Otis, Blake; one sister Phyllis Frasier.

The funeral service was held on July 15, 2012 from The Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev Paul Brown officiated, with interment in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery.
