LEECH, George Grover;- Born in Woodstock, NB on July 23, 1934 to Henry (Harry) Leech and Mabel (Clark) Leech. George is survived by his wife of 56 years Elizabeth Ann (Neal) Leech, his daughter Heather Craig (Eugene), her children Julie and Amanda Craig, as well as his son Andrew Leech (Andrea), his children Matthew (Pauline), Joseph (Sarah), Chloe, Michael, and great grandson Benjamin Leech. His sisters Marie Page of Woodstock and Agnes O'Neil Bowman (Gordon) of Calgary, AB. His father-in-law and friend Walter Neal; numerous nieces and nephews.

George was predeceased by his parents, mother-in-law Elva Neal, and brothers Edward, Orlan, Stanley, Carl, Lorne Leech and sister Shirley Prosser. George was a life-long resident of Woodstock, and loved his family, friends and community.

Over the years he was involved with many community organizations, but in particular he enjoyed his time volunteering at the Carleton Memorial Hospital, and his years with the School Board. George was also an elder of St. Paul's Presbyterian Church.

Funeral Service was held on August 6, 2012 from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev Justin Kim officiated, with internment in the Kirk Cemetery, Northampton, NB.
