Frederick Charles Wiley of Woodstock and formerly of Dead Creek, husband of the late R. Pauline (Sewell) Wiley, passed away at the Carleton Manor in Woodstock on Tuesday, August 30, 2005, in his 100th year. Born at Island Falls, Maine, he was the son of the late George H. and Rebeccah Jane (Swim) Wiley. Fred is survived by two daughters, Sandra J. Irwin (Edward) of Dead Creek and Stella McGlinchey of St. Stephen; a sister, Florence Parson of Carleton Manor; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife and parents, Fred was predeceased by a son; a daughter, Martha Wiley; two brothers; and two sisters. Resting at The Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, with visiting on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Friday at 2:00 pm from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Gerald Inman will be officiating, with interment in the Upper Skiff Lake Cemetery.
