Edwin Marsh  of Woodstock passed away at Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville on Sunday, May 23, 2010, at the age of 81.

Ed is survived by his wife Janet Marsh; two daughters Carole (Jim) Dyer of Sherman, Me; Ann Reardon ( Barney Wort ) of Woodstock, NB; Step Children Debbie ( Wayne ) Bell of Canterbury, Steven (Tanya) Hamilton of Ottawa, Darlene Brown of Ottawa; Lisa (John) Correia of Quispamsis. Grandchildren Jacob & Alex Dyer, Sara & Rachel Reardon, Cory & Ashley Correia, Jason & Darren Bell, Amanda & Megan Brown. Several great grandchildren. one nephew David Francis of England.

Ed was predeceased by his parents Edward and Marjorie (Tamplin) Marsh; two brothers John and Peter Marsh and one sister Mary Francis.

Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB , with  Cremation  at the Scott Crematorium.  Visitation  will be held  on Tuesday  May 25th  from 7-9 pm.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2 pm from Scott Funeral Home Chapel.

A reception will be held at the Scott Funeral Home  following  the funeral service.

Rev. Dale MacDonald will be officiating.
