Edward Daniel Ferguson passed away at the Upper River Valley Hospital on June 16, 2017 with family by his side, at the age of 68.

Born in Fredericton, NB on September 26, 1948, he was the only son of the late Florence (Martin) and Alexander Ferguson. He was predeceased by his twin sister Prudence and parents. Edward is survived by his daughter Jan (Chris) Martin, sons Scott Ferguson and Kent (Nerissa) Ferguson and his special grandchildren.

Edward was a graduate of Woodstock High School in 1967. During his high school years he was a member of the band and the WHS Basketball team. Upon graduation he attended Oulton Business College and then began his career in banking, working across Canada.

In his later years, he enjoyed spending time with his friends, children and grandchildren. His most memorable trip to Belleville took place in 2014 where he had the chance to visit and reminisce with all three of his children.

He will be fondly remembered as a father who absolutely adored his children at the best and worst times. We will miss you, Dad. We love you… xoxoxo.
