Obituary

Duane Ervin Pluff of Woodstock First Nation passed away on January 4, 2024, after a courageous and heroic battle with cancer for the last 5 years.

Duane has left behind his common-law wife Sabrina How, and his beloved children; Brittany Angenor of Florida, Renee, John, and Samantha Pluff, Saleen Donovan, and Shelbey Marie of Woodstock  First Nation.

Survived by; older sister Valerie Dubois. Maternal Aunts Joanne Lacentra, and Paulette Polchies. Duane has 5 grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and loved ones.

Predeceased by his mother Mary Lorraine Rudis (Polchies), Uncles Ervin Polchies, and Vaughn Polchies, Gloria Alain aunt, and sisters Kathleen Woodman, and Tina Pluff Clements.

Duane be remembered for all of the good memories, good laughs, good music, and good lessons that came

from knowing him. He loved spending time with his fur babies, friends, and family, hunting and

bumbles, watching scary movies, loud music, playing video games, and eating good food.

He has finally found peace, no longer having to fight battles seen and unseen, we should all take some comfort in that.

Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB.

Visitation will begin on Saturday, Jan 6, 2024, at 1 pm;  until Sunday evening, at the family home, 89 Maliseet Drive, Woodstock First Nations.

Cremation will follow at the Scott Funeral Home & Crematorium.

Celebration of Life Service for Duane will be held on Wednesday, Jan 10, 2024, at 2 pm at the Woodstock First Nations  Gymnasium.
