Donald Wilfred MacKinnon of Lower Woodstock, husband of the late Dorothy M. (Clark) MacKinnon, passed away at Carleton Memorial Hospital in Woodstock on Thursday, December 02, 2004, at the age of 83. Donald is survived by two sons, Allison Hunter (Darlene) of Harvey Station, and Keith Hunter (Donna) of Fredericton; grandchildren Christopher Hunter, Kimberley Hunter and Brent Hunter of Fredericton and Mark Hunter of Harvey Station; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, Donald was predeceased by a sister, Frances Allison. Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, with visiting on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel. The Venerable Walter Williams will be officiating, with interment in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
