CLAUS, Donald Franklin - of Newburg, NB passed away at the Carleton Manor in Woodstock, NB on December 18, 2013 at the age of 76.

He was born in Tyendinage TWP Hastings County Deseronto, Ont. He is of Mohawk descent, and was born on the reserve to the late Stafry and Ada (Miracle) Claus, into a family of thirteen. He was survived by two sons, Franklin Claus (Honey Miller) and Donald Claus (Norma) of Newburg, NB.

Donald was also survived by one Brother Ivan Claus and one sister Grace Crawford, five grandchildren, one great grandson, several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents he was pre-deceased by his wife Marie (Mc Caron) Claus, eleven brothers and sisters.

Resting was at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB., with visiting on Saturday at 1 pm

Funeral service was held on Sat at 2 pm from Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Major Laverne Fudge officiated, with interment in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Newburg, at a later date.
