With sadness, we announce the passing of David Redmond Fry on January 7, 2007. A long time resident of Woodstock, NB, he was born on February 1,1919 in Summerville, Newfoundland. He is survived by his wife Virginia (Pratt), one son Blair, wife Janice Dimock of New River Beach, NB, and their children, Justin and Lauren; one daughter Joan and her husband Steve Both of Fort Frances, Ontario, and their children Lynette, Wayne, Gary, Lauralee and Andrew. Also surviving are his two brothers, Hubert of British Columbia and Jack of St. John's, Newfoundland; and several neices and nephews. Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, with visiting on Tuesday from 7-9 pm . The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2 pm from Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. William Bryant, Gordon Hazelwood and James Abbott will be officiating, with interment in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery at a later date
