BALAK, Dale Michael - of Fosterville, NB passed away at his home on Tuesday, October 9, 2012, at the age of 57.

Dale is survived by his wife Debbie; two sisters, Cheryl Baum (Don) of British Columbia, and Cindy Tanner of British Columbia; one brother, Perry Balak of British Columbia; as well as several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by one brother in-law, Chris Farrell (Danielle) of Fosterville, NB; one sister in-law, Cheyenne Litwiller (David) of Calgary, AB; mother and father in-law, Jackie and Freeman Farrell of Fosterville, NB.

Dale was pre-deceased by his parents, Michael and Hazel Balak; one brother in-law, Troy Farrell.

Following cremation at the Woodstock Crematorium, the funeral service was held on October 12, 2012 from the Fosterville Baptist Church. Rev. Eldon Colwell officiated, with interment in the Lower Fosterville Cemetery.
