Charles Clarence Scott of Mapledale, Carleton County, passed away at the Carleton Memorial Hospital in Woodstock on Thursday, January 19, 2006, at the age of 53. Born at Bowmanville, Ontario, he was a son of the late Robert and Anne (Goodwin) Scott. Charles is survived by his wife, Patsy Ann (Butler) Scott; a son, Robert Scott of Woodstock; two daughters, Lori Downey (Bruce) of Riverview, and Amanda Scott of Woodstock; a sister, Linda Peeling (Doug) of Woodstock; and nieces and nephews. Although there will be no visitation time, relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service, which will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2006 at 3:00 PM from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel, 815 Main Street, Woodstock.
