Azlee Etta Cook's Obituary
COOK-Azlee Etta - of Woodstock passed away at Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville on Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at the age of 100.
Azlee is survived by one brother Stanley DeLong of Fredericton, NB ; several neices and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by her husband George Cook; parents, George and Eva Ketch) DeLong; five sisters, Velma Britton, Jessie Baier, Florence Miller, Ruth Shaw and Alma Shaw; four brothers, Earl DeLong, Elmer DeLong, Lloyd DeLong and Wendell DeLong.
Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB , with visiting on Thursday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
The funeral service will be held on Friday at 3:00 pm from Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Leonard Cousins will be officiating, with interment in the Greenwood Cemetery, Hartland, NB.
