Austin Graham Chartier, born May 17, 2017 passed away peacefully on March 10, 2019.

Forever remembered and loved by Daddy and Mommy, Jason and Leah Chartier; big brother Levi (4) ; sister Keira (3); and baby Hudson (3 months). Nana Cheryl and Papa Donald Chartier, Grammie Carolyn and Papa Graham Clark and Numerous, Loving and rambunctious aunts, uncles and cousins.

Our arms are empty, but our hearts are full knowing our baby is with Jesus.

Visitation will be held on Thursday March 14, 2019  from 2-4 & 7-9pm  at the Woodstock Wesleyan Church.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday March 15, 2019 at 11 am from the Woodstock Wesleyan Church.

Pastor Stephen Wagstaff will be officiating, with internment  at a later date.
