Audrey Mae Carmichael of Woodstock, NB passed away on Monday July 18, 2016 at the age of 97.

Audrey was predeceased by her parents Samuel and (Jessie Thorne ) Dodds; her husband James Carmichael; two Brothers Frank Dodds and Arnold Dodds, daughter Joyce Welton & Ronald Welton; two sisters Inez Smith and Melva Fickes.

Audrey is survived by one son Franklin (Viola) Carmichael, two daughters Lynn (James) Patterson and Charleen (Blane) Gould. Seven grandchildren Leslie Phillips (Loren), Jacqueline Lipski ( Tom), David Carmichael (Gay), Randy Patterson (Tanya), Richard Patterson (Emilie), Jason Gould (Jodie), Ryan Gould (Angela). Several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Resting at the Scott Funeral Home 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB with visitation on Wednesday from 5pm – 8 pm.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 2 pm from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel.

Rev Shirley Noseworthy will be officiating with interment in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery.

If desired donations may be made to the Woodstock Rural Cemetery or the Women's Institute Home in Woodstock.
