Arnold Emelious Cole of Woodstock passed away at Carleton Manor in Woodstock on Friday, December 26, 2003, at the age of 86. Arnold is survived by his wife Kate; one son Alvah (Helene) of Meductic, NB; three daughters, Anita (Ellsworth) Smith of Winnipeg, Man.; Lois (Jim) Steele of Quispamsis, NB; Mary (Mike) Ferguson of Moncton, NB; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Arnold was a veteran of World War 11. Resting at The Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, with visiting on Sunday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 10:00 am from St. Gertrudes Catholic Church, Father Leon Creamer will be officiating, with interment in the Calvary Cemetery, at a later date.
