Ann Marie
Voutour
Nov 9, 1969 — Dec 18, 2023
Woodstock
Ann Marie Voutour of Woodstock passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023, at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville. She was born November 9, 1969, and was the daughter of Joey and Heather (Young) Voutour of Woodstock, and was predeceased by her grandparents Pauline (Margison) and Berry Young, and Evelyn (Maynard) and George Voutour.
Ann Marie was employed at the Town of Woodstock for 24 years and worked her way up to be the Director of Administrative Services. She made friends easily, and many became part of her extended family, including her close circle of friends (Ree's Angels), her work family, her hockey family, and her tractor-pull family to name a few. But the most important family was her two children, Austin and Jorja, and she would light up when telling people about their most recent accomplishments and adventures.
Like many things in life, Ann Marie tackled her cancer diagnosis head-on, never letting it slow her down. Her positivity was infectious during her courageous battle, and her sense of humor never wavered through it all.
Ann Marie is survived by son Austin Lappage and daughter Jorja Voutour; her parents Joey and Heather; and sister Michelle (Jeff) Derrah.
Ann Marie's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors and staff at the Upper River Valley Hospital and the DECH for their compassionate care.
